A typical day as a Solutions Owner usually looks like this: I start by reviewing emails, prioritizing tasks, and addressing urgent matters. New requests are assessed for clarity before being added to the backlog, and I check for any API errors that need troubleshooting. Meetings with my team, customer teams, or stakeholders vary by day. The rest of my time is spent responding to inquiries, managing requests, and working through the backlog.
